Features / Tender returnables

The buyer’s forms. Your response, in place.

Tender preparation involves both documents you supply and pages the buyer expects you to complete. Tendoro connects these two kinds of returnable so your team can work from the pack’s own structure.

Distinguish a form from a supporting file

A declaration inside the pack needs completion on the relevant pages. A requested company reference may need a separate upload. Treating both as an empty file slot can lose the buyer’s form; treating both as a form can hide a missing attachment. The Workspace connects required evidence with the appropriate preparation task.

Prepare the buyer’s own pages

Returnables Studio supports mapped fields on source pages and keeps blocks for other signatories distinct. Entering an answer is not the same as executing a declaration. Authorised signatures, witnesses and commissioner actions still need the appropriate people and the buyer’s required process.

Keep timing visible

A guarantee required after award should not silently become a document demanded with the bid. Equally, a named but absent form needs a visible clarification. Keep the requirement’s timing and source wording attached to the task, and review anything that cannot be resolved from the pack.

A few useful answers

Can Tendoro sign declarations for us?

No. The company and its authorised people remain responsible for signatures, declarations and professional approvals. Completing fields does not replace those actions.
