Features / Tender document analysis

Read the requirement. See where it came from.

A useful tender summary must let you return to the buyer’s actual instruction. Tendoro’s document analysis is designed around a Blueprint of source-linked requirements, rather than a standalone narrative that your team has to trust.

Turn reading into an actionable plan

Dates, required documents, evaluation conditions and delivery instructions need different actions. The Blueprint makes these distinctions visible while preserving the buyer’s wording. A named form and a rule about signing it can be connected without pretending they are two separate documents.

Review ambiguity before it becomes work

An unclear requirement is not an invitation to guess. Open questions remain visible, and the team checks the relevant source before continuing. Conditional evidence and alternative routes should be decided in context, not silently treated as mandatory for every bidder.

  • Check the source reference and surrounding clauses.
  • Confirm whether the rule applies to your bid structure.
  • Keep unanswered buyer clarifications in the review process.

AI assistance has a defined boundary

Upload alone does not trigger paid AI analysis. Analysis uses an explicit workflow with budget controls. Findings remain proposed until review. Always verify critical dates, pricing instructions and submission requirements against the original pack; an extracted plan is not a compliance opinion.

A few useful answers

Does a summary replace reading the tender?

No. Use the Blueprint to navigate and organise the pack. The original documents and any buyer-issued amendments remain the authority.
