Terms of use
The terms for using Tendoro. If your company has signed an agreement with us, that agreement applies first wherever the two differ.

The service
Tendoro helps companies prepare tender bids: it reads a buyer's documents when asked, lists what the bid needs, keeps company and staff documents, and puts the bid pack together. It is in private development and companies join by invitation. By using it you accept these terms.
What Tendoro does not do
- It does not promise that a bid is complete or compliant, that it will be accepted, or that it will win.
- A reading or a suggestion can be wrong. Check it against the buyer's own documents, which always decide.
- It does not set your prices and it does not submit a bid for you. Final commercial, legal, technical and submission decisions remain with you.
Your account
Keep your password private and do not share an account. Your company's owners decide who has access to its information and can remove it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Your company's information
What your company puts into Tendoro stays its own. We use it only to run the service for your company, as the privacy notice explains.
You confirm that you may load what you load, including other people's personal information. Your company is the responsible party for that information under POPIA.
Fair use
You may not use Tendoro to:
- break a law, or a buyer's rules for a tender;
- collude or rig a bid, or share one bidder's information with another. A consultant serving more than one company must declare any conflict of interest to the buyer and to us;
- try to reach another company's information, test or get around Tendoro's security, or load malware;
- copy Tendoro in bulk or resell it.
Costs
Any prices, and who pays for paid AI readings, are set out in your company's agreement with us. A paid reading needs a person's approval first.
Availability and support
Tendoro is still being developed, so it can change or be unavailable at times, and we do not promise any level of availability. You can contact us at any time at blazesolutions.ai@gmail.com, and we reply within 24 hours. If Tendoro is down, one company can see another's information, or a break-in is suspected, we act as soon as we are alerted.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend an account or company that breaks these terms or puts Tendoro at risk, and we tell you why as soon as we safely can. Your company may leave at any time: on request we export its information and then delete it. Copies in our backups leave within 30 days, and we keep a record only where a law requires it.
Our responsibility to you
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a lost bid, lost profit or other indirect loss from using Tendoro, and our total liability to a company for a claim is limited to what it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits a right the law does not allow to be limited, including your rights under POPIA and, where it applies to you, the Consumer Protection Act.
Changes, and the law that applies
We tell you before a change to these terms that affects you. South African law applies, and South Africa's courts decide any dispute. Questions: blazesolutions.ai@gmail.com.
