One connected workflow

The tender stops being a folder. It becomes a plan.

Tendoro connects the source pack, requirements, company evidence, people, reviews and final documents—so your team always knows what the next action is and why it matters.

01 / Understand

Turn the tender pack into a source-linked plan.

Upload the buyer's complete tender or RFQ pack. Tendoro maps key dates, returnables, evaluation requirements, submission rules and open questions back to the original source.

02 / Prepare

Bring the right evidence into one working space.

Organise company records, compliance documents, personnel credentials and tender-specific uploads. Your team chooses the exact evidence used for each requirement.

03 / Submit

Review, assemble and package the bid with control.

Coordinate owners, complete buyer forms, prepare controlled drafts and resolve visible gaps before approved document versions move into the final submission pack.

Evidence, not guesswork

Every important answer has somewhere to point back to.

The buyer's wording remains visible. Your original company and personnel files remain the evidence. Suggestions stay suggestions until a person reviews them.

Frequently asked questions

A clearer first look at Tendoro.

What is tender management software?

Tender management software helps a bid team organise tender documents, buyer requirements, company evidence, responsibilities, reviews and submission files in one structured workflow. Tendoro is being built specifically around the realities of South African tenders and RFQs.

Does Tendoro submit tenders automatically?

No. Tendoro helps the team understand, prepare, review and package the work. Commercial decisions, declarations, signatures, professional approvals and the final act of submission remain with the company and its authorised people.

Can it work with public-sector tenders and private RFQs?

That is the goal. The platform is designed for buyer-issued document packs across public-sector, municipal and private procurement, while keeping the buyer's own wording and instructions as the authority for each bid.

When will early access open?

Tendoro is currently in private development. Join the early-access list and we will contact you when the first onboarding spaces become available.

Early access

Make the next tender feel lighter.

Tendoro is being built now. Leave your details and we'll contact you when the first South African bid teams can come on board.

By joining, you agree that Tendoro may contact you about early access. We keep your details for that alone, until onboarding opens and for 12 months at most, and delete them whenever you ask. No pricing or payment is required. Privacy notice.
