Industries / Pumps & water

Connect the duty to the evidence.

Pump and water-system bids need a traceable response to operating requirements, equipment specifications and delivery scope. Keep the offered equipment and the evidence supporting it together.

Read the operating requirement

Flow, head, materials, power and installation conditions can affect the offer. Identify where the buyer specifies these and where information is missing. Do not let a general brochure stand in for a response to the requested duty or a completed technical schedule.

Assemble evidence for the offered configuration

Where requested, collect the relevant datasheets, curves, drawings, test information and manufacturer authorisations. Check that they describe the model and configuration actually being offered. Record deviations through the buyer’s stated process.

  • Distinguish supply-only scope from installation and commissioning.
  • Review warranty, spares and support commitments.
  • Keep delivery schedules consistent with the commercial offer.

Keep engineering judgement with the engineer

Tendoro helps the team track source-linked requirements and select supporting evidence. It does not size pumps or certify performance. The responsible technical reviewer verifies suitability and the consistency of schedules, drawings and product documentation before submission.

A few useful answers

Can a general catalogue satisfy the technical schedule?

Only if it answers what the buyer actually requests. Often a specific model, operating point or completed schedule needs a more precise response. Check the pack rather than assuming a catalogue is sufficient.
