Separate bid evidence from mobilisation
Read when a requested document is due. A contractor assessment at tender stage, an induction before site access and a record required during operations are different obligations. Track the later work without turning every site rule into a submission attachment.
Review the scope of each credential
Training or authorisation for one mine may not establish permission at another. Check the named person, issuer, level, validity and any site limitation. Keep sensitive personnel information within the company’s approved handling process; do not add it to the response merely because it is available.
- Read vendor onboarding instructions separately from technical scope.
- Confirm the equipment capability evidence actually requested.
- Escalate unclear safety or medical requirements to the responsible reviewer.
Keep reusable records and site decisions connected
The Vault provides a home for company and personnel evidence. Tendoro’s matching workflow keeps review with the team rather than assuming a similar record satisfies a site-specific requirement. The bidder’s competent people remain responsible for safety decisions and operational commitments.
