Give different evidence a clear home
Compliance records, industry readiness, company facts and capability documents serve different purposes. Keep them distinguishable. A product datasheet is evidence about a product; a plant register describes equipment resources. A similar filename does not make them interchangeable.
Choose evidence for this requirement
A file can be current and still be the wrong evidence. Check the required entity, person, scope, issuer and level where specified. Tendoro proposes candidates, while a person confirms the selection. An empty match is a visible task to resolve, not a reason to substitute a vaguely related document.
- Check that the evidence belongs to the bidder or named contributing party.
- Review validity and any tender-specific freshness instruction.
- Select the intended version before it enters the bid.
Keep personnel evidence attached to the person
Personnel credentials need their own context: the person, credential, dates and any limited site or project scope. Reusing a prior team list does not establish that everyone remains available or qualified for the next contract. Review both the credential and the proposed role.
