Separate capability from a commitment
An existing product feature, a proposed integration and a future development are different claims. Map the buyer’s requirements to the offered solution and make qualifications explicit. Do not present a roadmap item as a capability already available.
Align the supporting schedules
Architecture, licensing, hosting, security, implementation and support information may each have a prescribed format. Review these against the same proposed solution. A security brochure is not automatically an answer to a specific data-handling or hosting condition.
- Check the licence scope and term against pricing.
- State implementation dependencies and acceptance assumptions.
- Keep support hours, response commitments and exclusions consistent.
Retain review ownership
Tendoro’s Blueprint helps identify source-linked requirements and its Workspace connects evidence to deliverables. Your technical team writes and verifies the solution; commercial and legal reviewers approve licensing and service commitments. Tendoro does not generate a complete technical proposal on your behalf.
