Identify what is being procured
Start with the schedule of equipment or services. A supply bid may ask for product information and delivery terms; an installation bid may add works methodology and commissioning; maintenance can introduce inspection frequencies and service records. Do not copy the returnables from one type of bid into another.
Match technical evidence to the exact request
A datasheet describes the offered product. A test certificate, compatibility confirmation or maintenance record answers a different question. Check model identifiers, specified standards and required issuers against the buyer’s wording. A document with a promising title is not enough.
- Identify the exact product or system being offered.
- Check whether a stated alternative is allowed and how to declare it.
- Separate installation and commissioning evidence from supply documentation.
Prepare forms alongside technical attachments
Tendoro connects proposed technical requirements to source pages and helps organise supporting files in the Workspace. Buyer declarations and pricing schedules still need their own review. Registrations, specialist approval and technical suitability are determined by the tender and the responsible professionals.
