Read the works scope before assembling evidence
Separate the work being priced from the evidence requested to demonstrate delivery capability. Review drawings, specifications and the pricing schedule together. Where the pack asks for contractor registration or grading, check the exact class, grade and participating entity rather than relying on a previous bid’s requirements.
Prepare a response around the proposed project
A past-project reference supports experience; it does not describe your delivery plan for the new site. Identify the requested programme, methodology, key personnel and plant information. Select relevant records, confirm availability with the team and prepare project-specific content where asked.
- Keep BOQ and pricing instructions with the commercial review.
- Check subcontractor or JV evidence against the named party.
- Distinguish bid-stage safety evidence from later site mobilisation work.
Use Tendoro to connect the pieces
Source-linked requirements give each deliverable a reason to exist. The Vault supports reuse of approved company evidence, while buyer forms remain available in the returnables workflow. The bidder supplies rates and takes responsibility for engineering, programme and commercial commitments.
